AQR - Luchon, The French Pyrenees
Well we’ve just returned from an epic journey down to Luchon, to visit Kate & Ian Potter, soak up the stunning autumnal sights and bathe in the last dregs of autumnal warmth. 2,000 miles round trip in the bus, but it was well worth it!
Russ the hotel owner, chef extrodinare and fabulous bike handler once more lived up to the hype, producing scrummy post ride cakes and cookies, followed by the most delicious evening meals and all this after accompanying us out to show us some local freeride areas!
Kate and Ian were as per usual, brilliant hosts, we had a great laugh on the trails looking for good shots and making sure we didn’t encounter any wildlife when doing the night shoot, followed by large doses of Black Adder, for even more laughter.
Photos all now sorted and a small selection are now online... don’t forget pop over to see the AQR website and book yourself a trip over to see what it’s really like... oh and you don’t have to drive, Ian will happily pick you up at the airport in Toulouse!
